Cause and effect

This activity explains that every time we use energy it has many effects. The longer we leave lights on, the more electricity is used, and more electricity is used, the more fuel in power stations is needed. If the electricity comes from power stations using fossil fuels, the more fuel is used, the faster we will use up these non-renewable energy sources. Also the more energy is used, the more emissions (chemicals that go into the air) there are.

A quiz asks you to make the correct decisions to reduce the amount of energy used and help to keep pollution levels down.
